Hoofprints on My Heart Cookie Class Benefit

Join the Festus/Crystal City Elks Lodge #1721 and Rosie’s Bake Shoppe for a Christmas Cookie Decorating Class benefiting Hoofprints On My Heart, a non-profit organization that uses miniature horse encounters in the community to enhance the quality of life with hugs & smiles!

When: Sunday, December 21, 2025, 1 PM

Where: The Elks Lodge (Large Reception Hall) – 4 Elks Club, Festus, MO

Open to Elk members and their guests.

In this class, attendees will learn the basics of decorating sugar cookies with royal icing – all while creating beautiful, edible art!

The class lasts 1.5-2 hours and is for all ages 8+. All children ages 8-16 must be accompanied by an adult with a purchased ticket.

All supplies for the cookie class will be provided, including:

• 4 blank cookies to decorate
• Pre-mixed and colored royal icing bags
• Step-by-step instructions
• 1 to-go container for transporting cookies

Concessions will be open for purchase during the event.

ALLERGEN NOTIFICATION:

All baked goods used in this class may include eggs, wheat, and milk, and are made in a kitchen that uses nuts. The customer’s acknowledgment of this allergen notification is understood by registering for the event.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE:

By registering for the event, you provide permission to use photos and videos of attendees in marketing materials such as social media, as well as the possibility of being used in other news media outlets. If you do not consent to this photo/video release, you must inform Rosie’s Bake Shoppe before the start of the event.

* If fewer than 10 attendees register, the class will be cancelled, and those who purchased a ticket will be refunded. If you purchase a ticket and are not able to attend, there are no refunds. You may be able to gift your registration to a friend or family member before the start of the event.
