Payment due. You pay, I bake! Payment is required upfront so that I can source your cute decorations, spectacular sprinkles, and perfect packaging. Your payment reserves your pickup date too! Win-win for all of us!
Cancellation. I get it. Sometimes things happen and orders need to be canceled. Cancellations will be accepted if made 14 days or more prior to your pickup date.
No show = no dessert. Your order is best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed-upon pickup time forfeits your order. Need to reschedule your order? Please reach out 7 days prior to your pickup time.
Refunds. Refunds will only be offered on a case-by-case basis. Once you’ve contacted me to request a refund, I will investigate the situation and let you know if a partial or full refund is approved. You must provide evidence of severe inaccuracy of the product from the custom order brief which had originally been agreed upon between you and I to be considered for a refund.
Pickup Dates and Times. Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their dessert fix too! I have bulk pickup dates to accommodate most schedules – so put that dessert pickup in your calendar!
Change Cutoff. Decisions are tough! But I’m here to help. Design changes can be made up until 14 days prior to your pickup date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.
Inspiration. Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They’re just that – inspiring. Although your order will not be a perfect replica – I’ll try to keep it close. I am a creative baker and your ordering from me means you trust my creative skills! Thank youuu!
In a hurry? While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a fast-track fee that is 20% of the cost of the order.
Price Adjustments. All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. I’m always trying to provide the best-tasting desserts to my clients. This also means I can’t honor old pricing (because the local grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices – darn it).
Copycats. Copyrighted images (think Star Wars, Peppa Pig, and anything Disney) are protected, and I won’t be able to replicate them in baked goods form (who wants cookie controversy, right?). I can make a similar color palette to fit your theme though – so let’s talk!
Pictures are worth a thousand words. But they’re not always accurate. Colors and lighting in inspiration photos may be slightly different than what you end up with, but I will try my very best to color match.
It’s All Yours Now. Once you pick up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, cakes, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ’em safe, keep ’em cool, and keep ’em away from the parking lot cart returns.
No Ghosts (I’m easily spooked). To get your order juuust right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages within 8 hours – otherwise, I may just have to wing it (I’m good at wingin’ it – just ask my eyeliner). Questions for me? Please give me about 4 hours to reply – I’m usually covered in dough.
Achoo! Allergies? Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out – I may have a perfect referral for ya!
